1. Custom Products:

We specialise in creating unique, custom-designed, bespoke products tailored specifically to your specifications. Because each custom order is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please review your design details carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Order Process:

  • Quote: We will create a custom order quote for your approval based on your specifications.

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit will be charged to secure your order date. We will contact you once production of your order has begun for your approval of the final products.

  • Production: We will work closely with you during production of your custom items, including sending photos and/or videos of your items for your approval during production.

  • Final Payment: Once final approval is given for the product you will be charged the remainder of your outstanding invoice amount prior to the shipping of your order.

2. Order Confirmation:

  • Accuracy: It is essential that all details, including measurements, colours, and specifications, are accurate when discussing your order. Please double-check all information to ensure it meets your expectations.

  • Approval: We will work closely with you to create your personalised product/s providing ample time for feedback and approval final to finalising your order. Any changes requested after final approval is given may incur additional costs.

3. Quality Assurance:

  • Inspection: Each custom made product undergoes thorough quality checks before shipment. If you receive a product that is defective or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it according to our quality assurance procedures.

4. No Refund Policy:

  • Non-Refundable: All custom products are non-refundable. Once the order is confirmed and the production process has begun, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations. This policy ensures that we can maintain the highest quality and personalized service for every order.

  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible. If this is within 30 days of production of your order commencing you will forfeit your 50% deposit.
